Breast Feeding Mums

Just took a call from a mum from Colombo who seemed at the end of her tether as she felt her son was feeding around the clock. And u know what there are so many mums infact all of us mums who go thru this phase. I get frantic calls from mums who have done their pre natal classes with me and they want to know how to avoid feeling like a cow because it seems that is all their baby makes them do for the first few months and then they feel too bogged down and they want to just throw in the towel and give it all up. But mums hang in there, breast feeding is best for your baby and a little effort from your end will reap rich rewards for u and baby in the near and far future. Ofcourse it does not mean that breast feeding should be a misery. Watch out for more on making breast feeding fun in this space. Cheers and till then happy Nursing
